CICOAGRI develops mechanised, sustainable and productive agriculture that can meet the massive food demand of urban centres while making the most of the DRC's exceptional agronomic potential.

Premium cereals & legumes: High-yield hybrid yellow and white maize, high-protein non-GMO soybeans, and organic red and yellow beans from Kivu.

Supply of Certified Inputs: Certified seeds with high germination rates, organic fertilisers suited to local soil profiles, and micronutrients.

Production Units & Factories (Post-Harvest)

To move away from exporting raw commodities and depending on imported flour, CICOAGRI has invested in state-of-the-art industrial processing units.

Nkwadi Industrial Flour Mill (Kasai-Oriental): Capacity of 120 t/day, chilled roller mills and sealed rotary sifters producing 'CICOAGRI SUPER' flour.

Malepe Central Flour Mill (Beni, North Kivu): A 60 t/day unit continuously supplying the markets of the Greater North, South Kivu and Ituri.

Industrial dryers & hermetic silos: Storage silos with a total capacity of more than 20,000 tonnes, fitted with temperature sensors to eliminate mycotoxins.

Drinking Water Boreholes & Solar Water Engineering

Water is the source of life and an essential condition for successful farming. CICOAGRI uses heavy geological drilling rigs and solar energy to guarantee pure water 365 days a year.

Deep boreholes up to 150 metres: Preliminary geophysical survey, drilling through hard rock and installation of anti-corrosion food-grade casing.

Eco-Friendly Solar Pumping Stations: Powered by photovoltaic panels and hybrid inverters: no fuel costs for communities.

Agricultural Irrigation Systems: Sprinkler and drip networks allowing 2 to 3 harvests a year, even in the dry season.
