A Concrete Response to the DRC's Major Challenges

Founded on 20 April 2020 in the heart of the city of Beni, in North Kivu province, CICOAGRI SARL (Commerce, Industry, Construction and Agriculture) has established itself from the outset as a determined and resilient economic player.

Faced with the paradox of a country with more than 80 million hectares of arable land yet forced to import most of its food, CICOAGRI devised an integrated model: producing locally, processing industrially, storing hermetically and delivering to markets at a fair price.

Fighting food insecurity: Reducing dependence on imports and guaranteeing a steady supply of wholesome flour.
Fighting youth unemployment: Offering rewarding careers in mechanised agriculture, industry and civil engineering.
Providing access to drinking water: Equipping villages and farms with long-lasting deep solar boreholes.

CICOAGRI's 4 Core Values

Every hectare ploughed, every bag filled and every borehole drilled reflects our code of ethics.

Integrity & Technical Rigour

From soil analysis to borehole casing, our agronomists and civil engineers work to international quality standards.

Innovation & Mechanisation

Adoption of modern seed drills, continuous dryers, Grundfos solar pumps and high-capacity automated flour mills.

Direct Community Impact

Keeping rural youth in their communities through decent jobs, transferring agronomic skills and providing free drinking water points for local residents.

Patriotic Sovereignty

Pride in developing the land, human and industrial capital of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, by Congolese people and for Congolese people.
